I’m Vincent Lopez—Chief Master Sergeant in the United States Air Force, Senior Enlisted Leader, and founder of Discipline for Dollars.

For over two decades, I’ve operated in high-stakes environments where performance isn’t optional and excuses don’t exist. I’ve led tens of thousands of personnel across global operations supporting intelligence, counterterrorism, disaster response, and national defense missions. When the mission is critical, discipline is the difference—and that principle has defined my entire career.
